Refunds, Faulty and Incorrect Supply of Shoes


All returned goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, regardless of the reason of return.


If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply post your unwanted goods to us at 23 Gawler Street Mt Barker SA 5251. Goods must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and labels, within 14 business days from the date of dispatch together with a copy of proof of purchase. Please note that this refund policy is for ONLINE purchases only.

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customers expense unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase. (PayPal or Credit Card) Please Note: A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.

Only goods with manufacturing defects can be returned as faulty. All returned goods will be inspected for manufacturing faults. Damage caused by wear and tear may not be deemed as faulty. You will be notified by email and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense. Goods that are deemed as faulty will be replaced/repaired subject to availability or otherwise we will issue a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s) and shipping costs credited by the method of payment at time of purchase.
